We spend our whole lives being disconnected from our bodies. Caught up in the air in our heads. Subscribing to our cultural conditionings on how we should look. Let’s call bullshit as a collective and take back our power.

Loving ourselves is not selfish. Loving ourselves actually heals the world because of the ripple effect of a woman stepping into her power. Accepting it all and loving it anyway. Words cannot describe the freedom beyond self acceptance.

Embrace your children? Feel the warmth of the sun 🌞 on your skin ? It’s my turn to read bedtime stories tonight. I’ll be fitting in lots of cuddling of my boys and hearing them talk about their day at school. They may at times have to elbow me awake but the love 💗 is always there 🤩.
